Through interactive and challenging biweekly lessons, we aim to increase awareness and spark interest in girls in the areas of science and math.
Mission
Our mission is to expose elementary school girls (3rd-5th, specifically) to the fascinating world of math and science and generate interest in these fields at an early age. To provide mechanisms for sustaining that interest, we supply a nurturing environment where they can be mentored by both their peers and high school girls.
We believe that the key is to promote interest in the STEM fields while the girls are still young so that over time they will be able to explore their options and continue the mentoring process that will aid them in becoming great performers in math and science.
